Granting Power of Attorney

Dealing with financial affairs during long term ill health can in itself add to the pressure during a difficult period.

Many apply to the Court of Protection for a receiver to be appointed to administer your affairs - more cost to your estate that should be going to your beneficiaries.

However with an Enduring Power of Attorney you can appoint any number of people, jointly or separately, to administer your finances. This is flexible, to allow you to determine how much power others can have over your property, and when the order comes into operation. KKL can act under a Power of Attorney alone or with a family member or friend.
